On September 28, ALTHAUS together with Knight Frank held the Investment and Construction Congress. The event was of interest of banks, investment funds, developers and management companies’ representatives, as well as business owners – more than 80 people in total.

During the presentations, experts from ALTHAUS and Knight Frank spoke about the latest trends in the residential and commercial real estate market, shared their experience in investment transactions support and typical and atypical risks of acquiring brown field minimization, as well as expertise in supporting investment projects with project financing, highlighted taxation issues for real estate and construction and answered questions from the audience.

The Congress was the third annual ALTHAUS event dedicated to the real estate and construction sector. This year, the event was held for the first time together with another major consultant – Knight Frank.

“I believe that our first offline event in the post-COVID era was successful,” commented on the results of the Congress ALTHAUS Managing partner Rostislav Shatenok. – We have achieved the goals that were set: firstly, to organize a platform for effective live communication of experts, secondly, to present the first volume of our Deal Book, and finally, to lay the foundation for a long-term collaboration of the real estate and construction market consultants. And it would have been impossible to achieve all these goals without our colleagues from Knight Frank.”
