Мы предлагаем
- Law degree awarded by a prestigious university
- LLB or post-graduate degree/qualification with foreign university is an advantage · From 6 + years' of PQE
- Work experience with ILF/RULF, BIG4, investment fund in such practice areas as Corporate/M&A, Commercial, Banking & Finance
- Strong desire and ability to lead complex M&A transactions, e.g. interact directly with the clients, participate in negotiations, instruct and supervise mid-level and junior lawyers
- Extensive experience with both Russian law and English law
- Fluent English and sophisticated level of drafting skills in both Russian and English
- Strong sense of responsibility for the result
- You should also be prepared to invest your time and skills into development and promotion of success of the practice (that includes marketing activities and educating junior lawyers)

Условия
- Participation in complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and other projects under Russian and English law
- Advising on various M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, supporting projects in the field of corporate law and the securities market (with minimal involvement of the Partner)
- Participation in marketing events (writing reviews, articles, participation in conferences, etc.)
