  • Starting 2014 Maxim has been focusing on international tax planning for Russian HNWI/ UHNWI, including amnesty of capital, tax-free liquidation of foreign entities, succession planning, Russian CFC accounting and compliance, Russian currency control regulations, Russian PIT
  • Maxim also took an active part in the development of industry guidelines for tax and accounting of business transactions in the electric power industry
  • Prior to joining ALTHAUS in 2011 worked for one of the Big Four companies for four years, first in the Energy Group of the Tax Department and in the International Corporate Tax Group later.
  • Gained valuable experience in a company-regulator of the wholesale and retail electricity and power trading in Russia where he took active part in development and implementation of tax and accounting guidelines for Russian electricity and power industry
  • Maxim successfully participated in projects for companies like Lukoil, Transneft, Golder Electronics (Vitek), Tractor Plants Concern, Sukhoy Civil Aircraft and others
