  • Prior to joining ALTHAUS Group in 2011 he worked for one of the Big Four companies for four years, first in the Energy Group of the Tax Department and in the International Corporate Tax Group later. Maxim has successfully participated in projects for companies like Lukoil, Transneft, Golder Electronics (Vitek), Tractor Plants Concern, Sukhoy Civil Aircraft and others
  • Besides Maxim has gained valuable experience in a company-regulator of the wholesale and retail electricity and power trading in Russia where he took active part in development and implementation of tax and accounting guidelines for Russian electricity and power industry
  • Starting 2014 Maxim has been focusing on international tax planning for Russian HNWI/ UHNWI, including amnesty of capital, tax-free liquidation of foreign entities, succession planning, Russian CFC accounting and compliance, Russian currency control regulations, Russian PIT
