The leading event dedicated to mergers and acquisitions in Russia – M&A Congress – will take plane on April 22. This year the conference will be held for the 11th time.

ALTHAUS Partner Igor Smirnov will participate in the Congress as a speaker. He will expand the topic “Tax aspects of M&A deals and reorganizations: overview and trends”.
